What to include in your message
A few lines are enough to start. Tell me what you are building and who it is for, where it stands today (an idea, designs, an existing codebase or a live product), the timeline you are working to, and a budget range if you have one. With those four things I can reply with real questions and a first estimate instead of a generic pitch.
Book a discovery call
If a call is easier, say so in your email and suggest two or three times that suit you. I send a calendar invite, and after the call you get a written scope and estimate.
What happens next

- We agree the scope, milestones and timeline in writing.
- I build in milestones, each ending with working software and a progress report.
